Background:
OSHA reporting in a variety of industries remains an arduous task involving paper forms, tight compliance deadlines for specific accidents, and long codes that no one remembers. This project involved rebuilding the OSHA incident reporting platform from scratch.

Insights:
Users struggled to remember the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes
Users needed accessible reporting on incidents and a way to compare them to industry averages
Users needed multiple ways to download accident forms and summaries
Result:
The product continued to be enhanced with reporting, exporting forms, and additional features as it grew in popularity. It currently is in Zywave’s Client Cloud risk management portfolio.
